First time on International Kids Village

IKV! one of my greatest experience! haha call me an ignorant but first time kong makakita ng lights and sounds n ganun and sobrang dami kong first time dun.. sobrang nakakatuwa. ahahah

i learned a lot in this event, not just because sa mga session, but sa mga nangyaring trials and difficulties na di namin sinukuan. :D keri lng. haha.
First time kong magIKV,
First time daw ng mga kasama kong makaexperience ng ganung ulan sa IKV,
eh di, pare parehas nmng first time!! so hnd ako nagiisa! ahaha

umulan (sobrang lakas sa kalagitnaan pa ng session 2), daming nawala, everyone is praying, answered prayer lng ksi nahanap lahat and walang napahamak.
umuulan, lahat kami nagpray, kahit mga kids nagppray. and sobrang tindi lng ng prayer na halos isigaw na ung prayer dahil sa faith or paniniwala nmn. When everybody says Amen, sumabay ung napakalakas na kulog na parang finale! finale ng ulan ksi unti unting nawala na ung ulan nun after Amen
sa gitna ng ulan and sobrang dilim na kinalalagyan nmn, lightning and flashlights lng ung nagsisilbing lights during that time and daming naghahanap sa mga nawawalang bata, maririnig parin ung boses ng mga bata na, God is good! All the time!  and ung prayers.
hindi lng unity ng isang sector ang nangyari that time, unity ng lahat ng delegates, kasi everyone is concern with each other, nagtutulungan nung may nawala. united! :D

bago pala ung mga un (umulan), first day ng IKV, ipo-ipo ata un haha. itinumba ung tents dun sa sobrang lakas ng hangin. good thing ksi walang nasaktan.

all of the experiences na naranasan ko is sobrang nakakatuwa, and unforgettable.

unforgettable talaga. haha ako na ignorante! :P

What can I do for my Country?

What can i do for my country?

Mayroon tayong tinatawag na, Past, Present and Future. Therefore, walang present.

Sabi ng maraming tao, “the history repeat itself”. Sabi ko naman, the history does not repeat itself, people just don’t know or out of knowledge about their past because they are forgetting it that’s why they keep repeating what they have done.

Sinabi ni Hugh White, “The past cannot be changed. The future is still  in your power.” Sabi naman ng hindi kilala, “The past cannot be changed, forgotten, or erased. It can only be accepted.” Because learn from your own mistake! May kanya kanya tayong pagiisip.

Malaki man o maliit.
Tulad nina Rizal at Bonifacio.

Ihalimbawa nalang natin sa kurso kong IT or CS. Hindi lang IT or CS marami pang ibang kurso!

Sabi nga ni Edmund Burke, “The Only necessary Triumph of evil is when good men do nothing.”

Now, as YFC tinuruan tayo ng Loving, Honoring and Serving our Country.
Sabi sa Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb, I know you, before you were born, I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nation.”

Sabi naman ni Kuya Lloyd, “Change is synonymous to improvement. Improvement begins with ‘I’.”

Sabi naman ni Giuseppe Mazzini, “Love your country.  Your country is the land where your parents sleep, where is spoken that language in which the chosen of your heart, blushing, whispered the first word of love; it is the home that God has given you that by striving to perfect yourselves therein you may prepare to ascend to him. “

Sabi ni Jose Rizal, “He who does not know how to look back at where he came from will never get to his destination.”
And
“The youth is the hope of our future. “

Nasaan ang kabataang magbabago ng ating bayan?
Nasa
Youth For our Country!
Youth For Change
Youth For Christ!

Why Windoze is slow?

I started learning using windoze (Windows in Urban Dictionary) as in learning when i was third year High School. My first pc specification is 550megahertz pentium III and 128mb of ram and it's operating system is Windows 98 way back 2007.

I am using windoze for more than 4 years and still counting.

Now, why did I say it is slow?

of course as an IT student, i don't want to use just windows! I also want to experience other Operating Systems.  haha I don't want to be a Windows Professional because I want to be an IT professional hahaa kidd. I am using Linux(Ubuntu) for  1 year and still counting and compared to windows it is amazingly fast because, the power of linux is for server computing. Windows is also fast but what makes it slow is:

  1. Never ending automatic updates. I believe that every release of windows is not stable in my opinion because as I observed every build has a service pack that you need to update (what the F??) another reason why you are receiving less bandwidth because of those automatic updates that is downloading while you are surfing the internet. Now, Imagine if you are the creator of let's say a system, you will not put an update to your system unless it has a BUG or it has a new features. But do you believe every service packs has a new features?
  2. Lots and lots of malicious software for windows. This is another reason i think. Are you sure that some of your software on your windows are not malicious? 3 out of 5 free software you download on the internet are malicious so be careful. AND, one thing about malicious software is it does not use the resources of windows properly. Think of a malicious person who tends to do harm. Harmful on your resources so you should think first and click install later.

SPEED UP BANDWIDTH FOR ABOUT 20%

SPEED UP BANDWIDTH FOR ABOUT 20%

By Default, Windows uses 20% of your bandwidth for its own purpose such as windows updates, But here's how to get your 20% bandwidth from windows.

Instruction:
1. Click Start > Run.

2. Type "gpedit.msc" and it will open the group policy Editor.

3. Go to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > QOS Packet Sched. > Limit Reservable Bandwidth.

4. Double click Limit Reservable Bandwidth and you will see that it is not Configured, but you will see a note on Explain tab that "By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting to override the default."

What you need to do is:
5. ENABLE the Limit Reservable Bandwidth then set it to ZERO PERCENT (0%).

by doing this, the System will no longer limit your bandwidth to 20%.

Isaiah 65:24

This beautiful story was written by a doctor who worked in Central Africa

One night I had worked hard to help a mother in the labor ward; but in spite of all we could do, she died, leaving us with a tiny, premature baby and a crying two-year-old daughter. We would have difficulty keeping the baby alive; as we had no incubator (we had no electricity to run an incubator). We also had no special feeding facilities.

Although we lived on the equator, nights were often chilly with treacherous drafts. One student midwife went for the box we had for such babies and the cotton wool that the baby would be wrapped in. Another went to stoke up the fire and fill a hot water bottle. She came back shortly in distress to tell me that in filling the bottle, it had burst (rubber perishes easily in tropical climates).

'And it is our last hot water bottle!' she exclaimed. As in the West, it is no good crying over spilled milk, so in Central Africa it might be considered no good crying over burst water bottles.  They do not grow on trees, and there are no drugstores down forest pathways.

'All right,' I said, 'put the baby as near the fire as you safely can, and sleep between the baby and the door to keep it free from drafts. Your job is to keep the baby warm.'

The following noon, as I did most days, I went to have prayers with any of the orphanage children who chose to gather with me. I gave the youngsters various suggestions of things to pray about and told them about the tiny baby. I explained our problem about keeping the baby warm enough, mentioning the hot water bottle, and that the baby could so easily die if it got chills. I also told them of the two-year-old sister, crying because her mother had died.

During prayer time, one ten-year-old girl, Ruth, prayed with the usual blunt conciseness of our African children. 'Please, God' she prayed, 'Send us a hot water bottle today. It'll be no good tomorrow, God, as the baby will be dead, so please send it this afternoon.'

While I gasped inwardly at the audacity of the prayer, she added, 'And while You are about it, would You please send a dolly for the little girl so she'll know You really love her?'

As often with children's prayers, I was put on the spot. Could I honestly say 'Amen'? I just did not believe that God could do this.  Oh, yes, I know that He can do everything; the Bible says so. But there are limits, aren't there? The only way God could answer this particular prayer would be by sending me a parcel from the homeland. I had been in Africa for almost four years at that time, and I had never, ever, received a parcel from home. Anyway, if anyone did send me a parcel, who would put in a hot water bottle? I lived on the equator!

Halfway through the afternoon, while I was teaching in the nurses' training school, a message was sent that there was a car at my front door. By the time I reached home, the car had gone, but there on the porch was a large 22-pound parcel. I felt tears pricking my eyes. I could not open the parcel alone, so I sent for the orphanage children. Together we pulled off the string, carefully undoing each knot. We folded the paper, taking care not to tear it unduly... Excitement was mounting. Some thirty or forty pairs of eyes were focused on the large cardboard box.

From the top, I lifted out brightly-colored, knitted jerseys. Eyes sparkled as I gave them out. Then there were the knitted bandages for the leprosy patients, and the children looked a little bored. Then came a box of mixed raisins and sultanas - that would make a batch of buns for the weekend.

Then, as I put my hand in again, I felt the..... could it really be?

I grasped it and pulled it out. Yes, a brand new, rubber hot water bottle. I cried. I had not asked God to send it; I had not truly believed that He could.

Ruth was in the front row of the children. She rushed forward, crying out, 'If God has sent the bottle, He must have sent the dolly, too!

'Rummaging down to the bottom of the box, she pulled out the small, beautifully-dressed dolly. Her eyes shone! She had never doubted! Looking up at me, she asked, 'Can I go over with you and give this dolly to that little girl, so she'll know that Jesus really loves her?'

'Of course,' I replied!

That parcel had been on the way for five whole months, packed up by my former Sunday school class, whose leader had heard and obeyed God's prompting to send a hot water bottle, even to the equator. And one of the girls had put in a dolly for an African child - five months before, in answer to the believing prayer of a ten-year-old to bring it 'that afternoon'.

'Before they call, I will answer.' (Isaiah 65:24)

When you receive this, say the prayer. That's all you have to do. No strings attached. Just send it on to whomever you want - but do send it on.

Prayer is one of the best free gifts we receive. There is no cost, but a lot of rewards. Let's continue praying for one another. This awesome prayer takes less than a minute.

Heavenly Father, I ask you to bless my friends reading this. I ask You to minister to their spirit. Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy. Where there is self doubting, release a renewed confidence to work through them. Where there is tiredness or exhaustion, I ask You to give them understanding, guidance, and strength. Where there is fear, reveal Your love and release to them Your courage. Bless their finances, give them greater vision, and raise up leaders and friends to support and encourage them. Give each of them discernment to recognize the evil forces around them and reveal to them the power they have in You to defeat it. I ask You to do these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

P.S.
Passing this on to anyone you consider a friend will bless you both. Passing this on to one not considered a friend is something Christ would do.
